About the Content

This plan is for you if you wish to kick start their practice. It will have a brief introduction to Yoga Philosophy apart from understanding Yoga asanas and Pranayama Basics, Full body Joint movements basic, Elementary standing, seated, prone and supine, asanas for back, relaxation asanas and meditative asanas. It will also have Step by step lessons on traditional Surya namaskar.

  • There are 6 sessions of 60 minutes each.
  • All sessions are pre-recorded.
  • Allows you to practice at your own pace from the comfort of your homes.

PS: These are Zoom recorded sessions, hence low video quality

Meet Your Creator, SHANI YOGA

As a practicing Architect, at the age of 28, I started practicing yoga. Though professionally I took a different path and became an architect and also opened a design studio with my husband. Yoga brew as my passion for all these years as I understood that yoga is my calling and took it professionally. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living and finding my calm in chaos. I completed my 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. I have completed Advanced Pranayama Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have also qualified as a 'Yoga Therapist' under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Centre, Delhi.

I have ever since kept on exploring, learning and growing my understanding of Yoga as I completed my foundational course on Yoga from Kaivalyadham, trained under Shri Ajay Tokas and Shri Prashanth Ramu.
