About the Class

This program is designed to make you feel Stronger, Lighter and Calmer.

The program includes postures which will focus on :

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Toning the upper and lower body, back and abdominal region

Followed with calming pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra to create delicate balance between:

  • Strength and Calmness
  • Stability and Comfort

These sessions will be fast paced which will increase metabolism and make you feel recharged.

The sessions will be challenging but Shani will be guiding you at every step, so that you use these challenges as an opportunity to GROW.

Through the practice of different aspects of Yoga, we'll create a harmonious practice that nourishes the body, mind, and soul.

Meet Your Creator, SHANI YOGA

As a practicing Architect, at the age of 28, I started practicing yoga. Though professionally I took a different path and became an architect and also opened a design studio with my husband. Yoga brew as my passion for all these years as I understood that yoga is my calling and took it professionally. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living and finding my calm in chaos. I completed my 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. I have completed Advanced Pranayama Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have also qualified as a 'Yoga Therapist' under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Centre, Delhi.

I have ever since kept on exploring, learning and growing my understanding of Yoga as I completed my foundational course on Yoga from Kaivalyadham, trained under Shri Ajay Tokas and Shri Prashanth Ramu.
