Inversions are asanas in which your heart and hips are above your head. The goal of inversion is to improve flexibility, circulation, and energy. This plan focuses on Headstand which is known as “the king of all asanas” and Shoulder stand which is known as “the queen of all asanas”. This is for you if you wish to systematically work on strengthening shoulders and arms to form a strong foundation.

As a practicing Architect, at the age of 28, I started practicing yoga. Though professionally I took a different path and became an architect and also opened a design studio with my husband. Yoga brew as my passion for all these years as I understood that yoga is my calling and took it professionally. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living and finding my calm in chaos. I completed my 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. I have completed Advanced Pranayama Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have also qualified as a 'Yoga Therapist' under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Centre, Delhi.
I have ever since kept on exploring, learning and growing my understanding of Yoga as I completed my foundational course on Yoga from Kaivalyadham, trained under Shri Ajay Tokas and Shri Prashanth Ramu.
