FOCUS:

  • Intermediate Vinyasa sessions
  • Hip Openers - front/ side split, standing split, Visvamitrasana
  • Arm balances - Bakasana, Ashtavakrasana, Mayurasana
  • Backbends - Natrajasana, Raja Kapotasana, Drop back, one leg wheel
  • Inversions - Shoulderstand, Tripod Headstand

LEVEL: 6 months of asana practice required

Meet Your Creator, SHANI YOGA

As a practicing Architect, at the age of 28, I started practicing yoga. Though professionally I took a different path and became an architect and also opened a design studio with my husband. Yoga brew as my passion for all these years as I understood that yoga is my calling and took it professionally. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living and finding my calm in chaos. I completed my 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. I have completed Advanced Pranayama Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have also qualified as a 'Yoga Therapist' under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Centre, Delhi.

I have ever since kept on exploring, learning and growing my understanding of Yoga as I completed my foundational course on Yoga from Kaivalyadham, trained under Shri Ajay Tokas and Shri Prashanth Ramu.
