About the Content

This program is designed to make you feel lighter and stronger and also understand the body’s dietary needs, diet when facing certain health problems like PCOD, thyroid, bloating, hairfall, etc. POWER YOGA sessions will be fast paced which will increase metabolism and make you feel recharged. We will be working on strength, endurance, flexibility, toning the upper and lower body.

In DIET & NUTRITION sessions, we will understand the body’s dietary needs, essential nutrients, micro nutrients, and tips on how to optimize diet according to your body.

The DAILY STRETCHES VIDEO can be done on days of rest or any other day when you wish to start your day feeling energized and motivated.

It will also include DIETARY SUGGESTIONS and basic guidelines that you can follow to keep optimum health.

The power yoga sessions will be challenging but Shani will be guiding you at every step, so that you use these challenges as an opportunity to GROW.

What To Expect?

  • Get lifetime access to recordings of live classes taken by Shani. 
  • There are 6 power yoga sessions of 60 minutes each by Shani, 2 Sessions on Diet and Nutrition by Dr. Rajiv Srivastava, dietary guidelines and 1 daily stretch video.
  • Allows you to practice at your own pace from the comfort of your homes.
  • All sessions are pre-recorded videos of Zoom workshops.
  • You will need a mat, Yoga block(optional), Belt/Strap, small towel and water bottle.

Meet Your Creator, SHANI YOGA

As a practicing Architect, at the age of 28, I started practicing yoga. Though professionally I took a different path and became an architect and also opened a design studio with my husband. Yoga brew as my passion for all these years as I understood that yoga is my calling and took it professionally. I started exploring the practice and it became an experience of growth, expansion of awareness, conscious living and finding my calm in chaos. I completed my 200hrs Registered Yoga Teacher training from Yoga Alliance. I have completed Advanced Pranayama Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have also qualified as a 'Yoga Therapist' under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Centre, Delhi.

I have ever since kept on exploring, learning and growing my understanding of Yoga as I completed my foundational course on Yoga from Kaivalyadham, trained under Shri Ajay Tokas and Shri Prashanth Ramu.
